About ESP

History:

Founded in December of 2000, ESP - The Psychographic Marketing Company came into being when two
long standing directors from a marketing communications agency recognised the potential value of an objective,
third party organisation that could work alongside clients and their agencies and help them optimise their
peformance by applying structural and objective understanding tp traditionally instinctive processes such
as developing and judging creative, and the Brands it represents.

With extensive experience in a wide variety of marketing and creative roles in both client organisations
and in agencies, the founders of ESP recognised the need for a complimentary methodology that assists in
all areas of marketing activity.

They found the inspiration for these techniques and methodologies whilst training in behavoural and cognitive
psychology in the 1990's, discovering that learnings and techniques applied in areas outside marketing
such as education, therapy and pur science could be adapted and transferred in a very pragmatic way.

Overall, ESP's unique products and services overlay a quantitive, systematic. 'left brained' support structure
to activities conventionally performed in a more subjective, 'right brained' environment.

Today, the growing analysis team at ESP apply those products and services to support an impressive array
of clients in the development of more effective interactions;

- Increasing considerations of a brand
- Increasing the satisfaction and loyalty of customers and employees
- Improving the productivity of planning and creative thinking sessions
- Increasing the attractiveness of a product
- Improving the effectiveness if face to face, online, telephone and advertising of all kinds
