Who we are
With extensive experience in a wide variety of marketing and creative
roles in both
client organisations and in agencies, the founders of ESP recognised the need
for a
complimentary methodology that assists in all areas of marketing activity.
Directors:
Jim Brackin - Director
Jim has been involved in direct marketing, primarily as a creative
director for the past
20 years. Jim has also extensively studied behavioural psychology. He is a qualified
Hypnotherapist, and Master Practitioner in NLP and Time-Line Therapy.

Glyn Parry - Director
Glyn has a broad range of top-level marketing experience. Glyn
has worked on both
client (Xerox, Corgi Bantam Books) and agency side (Ogilvy and Mather Direct,
Amherst).
Glyn is also a qualified Master Practitioner of NLP and Hypnosis.

Jules Macmillan - Associate Director
With a background in direct marketing agency account management
Jules provided the
client facing approach to the ESP team. Now trained as a Master Practitioner
of NLP and
Hypnosis Jules is heavily involved in linguistic and customer analysis; account
direction and
as a trained Life Coach focuses on ESP's Applied Thinking trainings and workshops.

The Rest of the Team:
Julius Oladiran - Senior Development Manager
With over 10 years IT experience including Senior IT Consultant
Julius has worked with
The London Stock Exchange; Cellnet; & City Of London Communications Ltd. His
main
focus is Customer Relationship Management and Quality Assurance; ensuring that
customers receive the standard they deserve. He brings to ESP the technical
expertise
to design & build software systems for ESPÕs core products.
Sophie Masters - Account Manager
Prior to ESP Sophie worked in retail management and brand & product
development for
The Body Shop; with ten years experience of global project management she is
key to
ESP as Account Manager; co-ordinating all campaigns and working alongside clients
to
ensure they get the best results. Combining this with her marketing and strategic
development skills to input into future company development.
Pat Davies - Client Services Manager
Pat's career to date has been spent in the hotel industry in which
has given her invaluable
experience in marketing and public relations. Pat has added to these skills
with a personal
commitment to telephone counselling & career in telemarketing. At ESP Pat applies
this
experience to oversee the relationship with our clients, existing and future,
to facilitate
quality communication and client satisfaction.
